We were very pleased with the visit of their store in Hoofddorp. Bob helped us to try different models and explained technicalities regarding the bikes guiding in the decision process. We ended up buying on the spot a model of Robusto with almost full accessories. The bike seems quite sturdy and easy to drive they give also 2 year warranty on the battery, 5 year on the mechanics and life warranty on the frame. They offer in house manteinance and they can help with insurance against theft. we were looking for cheaper options but we were discouraged by the review of RAAKS /terra (fietshokje) , Vogue and babooe and other brands seems too expensive for the same quality as Nobu (urban arrow). Only suggestion to improve the service it would be to have some models ready to be picked up because we need to wait 4 weeks and we really are looking forward to use it in summer too. Maybe offer a temporary model to clients to help with the wait.
