my experience with this company was very horrible. I made a purchase of almost $200 in December 2018 and it took about a month to get my merchandise in America. Unfortunately, none of the merchandise fit even when I followed their their recommended size scaling. In America and even whenever I travel outside America (Mexico, Ukraine, Turkey) I wear medium to large size. I ordered a medium size for a T-shirt and large size coat and none of them fit. I contacted them, they told me to return them for different merchandise. I spend $55 to ship the products in January 2019 and up to now, they haven't received the merchandise. whenever I track it, it says the products are held in custom. I contacted customer service and they said there's nothing they can do. its crazy, after spending more than $250, I don't even have a clue of the whereabout of the clothings. If you are buying from Italy, I will suggest you think twice about it before buying. their shipping system is nothing good to write about.
