I have bought different clothes from this website multiple times and I was so pleased with their material and how fast the shipping was till this last one. I ordered on 1/31/2019 and it has been more than a week and it does not appear they want to send my merchandise. My order number is #105400. They gave me tracking number for DHL and it says tracking information received but item not picked by DHL. Contacted customer service and they gave another tracking number BUT still the same result from DHL. Not picked up yet. I really need my merchandise on time and at this time I am so disappointed by nowhow style. Customer service seems like frustrated to be questioned. On the contrary I am the one who needs to be frustrated after paying more than 350 dollars. Not sure if I order again. My trust is fading.
