I placed an order on their website, the 28. november 2018. An item of 169 euro. Today the 18. of January 2019, i dont even have the jacket or my money!. They are using DHL, i have been in contact with DHL in Denmark, and they had confirmed that the case i closed, because the item is lost. I receive an message from Nohow, regarding this and they ask me if i want the money back or an other delivery. I refuse this, because i am not waiting another 2 months for something a had bought.its been over 14 days now since this, and i still haven't received my money back. Make the f****** transfer, how difficult can it be. ORDER #94469- After I made this review on trustpilot, NoHow finally gave me back my money. It is unbelievable that we as customers have to make an statement in a open platform, before a company reacts! One again - Think twice before you buy something from this company or others in that fact!
