There was no update when I ordered, and the delivery was sooo late. I then received the order and of course, like the service, it was terrible terrible quality. I’ve since followed website instructions and requested a return, but I’ve had no response or communication from anyone. Not on email or social media. I’m resolving this with my bank because I want my money back, I don’t want to keep this piece of garbage but clearly they don’t want it back it’s so poor ! The running of this company is so shocking it shouldn’t exist. Horrendous.
