We enjoy coming to NO JOKE. My son did mixed martial arts when he was younger and wanted to try some other thing so we left. But No Joke was never to far off my son's mind. Now he is older a teen he asked to go back. We have returned and he is excited. Everyone is great very welcoming and nice and really encouraging. Even the people who take classes there we don't know have been very welcoming and really has helping my son. No matter your age or size it really is and family friendly place and would recommend it.
