They promise same day shipping. But we are now 2 weeks since order. We have emailed them twice and never had a response. No easy way to cancel, you have to email the same address they ignore. They charge for sending back and enforce redelivery following issues within 60 days. AVOID! This has been and shall continue to be a nightmare.
