I purchased a year ago and used the product a handful of times. I didn't really notice it working but I suppose it didn't not work. Somehow it ended up on an automatic annual renewal and when I got a renewal email about the automatic renewal I asked them to cancel it same day and refund me for the annual purchase price for the upcoming term (mind you its june 9th and the renewal was charged on june 9th). I did this because I do not use the product and have no intention of doing so. They are now refusing to refund me stating you can only get refunds on the initial purchase when I am requesting a refund on the renewal that I am not using. Here is the wording verbatim..."The 7-day refund period has expired because you purchased the subscription on June 8 2021.Its company policy that we can refund only on the initial purchase not on the renewals.I’m sorry but you’re not eligible for a refund anymore."Summary: Just use a reputable company. Don't waste your time or your money with NoLagVpn.
