Even though I emailed outside of business hours, I received a response within an hour or two, including delivery confirmation with a photo. I was asked to send photos of the package, and the representative quickly informed me that it appeared items were stolen after delivery. They arranged for a reshipment without any hassle, and I truly appreciate it. This was my first experience with a stolen package, and all the representatives I interacted with were professional, prompt, supportive, and positive. I can confidently say this is the best customer service experience I've ever had.
