The customer service is fast and reactive, I had a peculiar issue during the delivery process with the parcel being held at customs, and their team took charge of it and communicated effectively (not generic emails either, they are actual people reading and replying, not AI).
Also, they really do read your suggestions. I described a piece I'd love to see in their shop, and one year later they had it designed and on sale. I bought it as soon as I discovered they made it.
I saw other suggestions being taken into account and existing pieces changing design according to reviews. I will definitely continue supporting them!
