If I could rate lower, I certainly would. Beware of this company. They claim delivery in 3-5 days, but it’s been 15 days with no product in sight. Automated replies from customer service and no real support available. The product quality seems questionable, given their generic responses about returns. They state they are based in Australia, yet the shipping originates from China! This was meant as a gift, but it arrived too late, and I want to return it. However, returns must be sent to the US at my own expense! What a ridiculous situation!
