I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought a product for my partner, and after minimal use, it started malfunctioning. I reached out to the company, but they couldn’t provide any warranty. They offered a replacement at a discount, so I agreed and paid for it, but nothing arrived. I followed up weeks later, and they assured me it would be sent within 24-48 hours. Nothing has come. It’s been 5 months, and I’ve sent many emails with no replies after they took my money. Extremely disappointed.
