The back massager doesn’t have multiple options and it’s very light to the touch. The heat is also not strong. The extended belt Velcro is weak as I have tried it while 9 months pregnant. The battery life sucks as well. Good thing is that it automatically turns off itself. But overall for the price it is overrated in my opinion. As per the neck it mainly focuses on two spots and doesn’t loosen any tightness in neck. The one good thing is that it turns off by itself but for the price I had a higher expectation. It does have multiple options but they feel the same. I would compare it to a tense machine that is used in physio therapy. The automatic speaker is also kind of annoying when telling each function and it’s level.
