Stop now and buy from a different brand, this product cost an arm and a leg for such a piece of crap. The Mia is louder then a jet taking off so good luck relaxing. I guess that is supposed to be the massage function but that doesn’t feel like anything. The heating element must be broken as after 30min of being on it is barely warm to the touch even though it states that it can warm up to 55c +- 4c.The only thing you can look forward to with this product is hoping to get your money back.
