Without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever received. So bad I almost think it was a scam. One month after receiving, product was defective (wouldn’t charge) so I contacted customer service. This was in January and they said they could send me a replacement mid March when they received more stock (which was weird because their website advertised immediate shipping for new items). I asked multiple times for an update on my new item. Anything - eta, order number, anything. Nothing. Got ghosted. Even reached out from a second email. Initially pleasant customer service but immediately ghosted when I gave my order number. Stay away.
