My experience with the Support team has been horrible. I am still dealing with them to try and get a refund.I made an order on December 4th, and on the same day I reached out to the Support team to help cancel my order. I wanted to ensure that my order does not shipped out, thus making me pay for the return shipping fee. I even checked the tracking on December 4th to ensure that the order was not ready yet. The Support team replied to me on December 4th at 9:59pm (EST) and gave me an excuse saying that their system is a rapid processing system, even though I tracked that the order was not ready yet. It almost seems as though the Support team wanted me to get my order in hopes that I do not want to return it and pay the return shipping fee. It seems very fishy that they cannot cancel my order when I reached out to them on the same day before my order was ready to be shipped.I emailed the Support team twice today (December 5) to follow up if there was anything they can do to help me. I still have not heard back from them, and now I received an email that my product is on its way. What a waste of time and money to ship the product back and forth to each other.
