The website was extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. All pricing was listed up front so there wasn't any mystery as to what I was paying. Email communication has been above average as compared to other companies; I'm getting tracking updates as soon as they become available. I especially appreciate how clearly product features and reviews were displayed, I felt from the beginning like I could trust supplier and the website. Icing on the cake will be when it arrives and my wife tests it out!
