I also like the massage feature; it reminds me of a very gentle massage chair and distracts me from my cramps.Cons: the temperature is not hot enough for me, and you can't use it while you sleep or while the device is charging. It only works for a few hours on a single charge, and my cramps last all day, so I get really upset every time its battery dies. Also, the belt is really inconvenient because you have to thread it through a hole every time you put it on
