Asked to cancel an order right after ordering. I had sent emails though nobody responded. They sent multiple emails about the item i had ordered but none in response to canceling. They also sent an email suggesting they would not send the item for a few more days. Though after sending them an email to cancel. Instantly got a "item shipped" email from them.
