Cancelled my order through their website and they still sent me food and kept my money and refused to give me anything back. Food hadn’t even shipped out and they said they refused and the next day they shipped it out. Now I have to throw out $152 of food I cancelled at the beginning of the month because my dog is allergic to it. but person I spoke with suggested just giving it to a neighbor.. can’t just give dogs new food.. not how it works.
