The food is the least “mushy” among the fresh food brands (I’ve tried 3 others for reference). I interpret this as less processed although I can’t be sure this is true, but definitely less messy dinners as our bulldog is a VERY messy eater :).Customer support has been quick and friendly. I love all the fresh brands because I think they all have a great purpose, however Nom Nom is our fave so far!
