The first delivery was great. Also, I got locked out of the website and couldn't see any information about how to feed my dog. I kept telling the agents that the reset password link wasn't arriving, and they kept offering to send me a link that never arrived. I gave up. Later I ran out of food, and the next delivery came 2 weeks later. I had to put my dog back on kibbles. Also is way too much good at once. It's inconvenient to have all that food in the freezer taking space.
