Ordered what I thought would be “one” bark collar.
On completion of the order process I realized that the order was in fact for “four” collars.
I “immediately” sent a stop payment notification to PayPal and sent the supplier a cancellation request.
Despite the fact that this cancellation was all done within minutes of placing the order…. I received a reply fairly quickly saying that the order had already been processed for shipping.
I told them payment was stopped and I would not accept the order.
Now 4 days later I get a shipping notification that ghe order is on its way.
Don’t know know how this will play out but be very aware that this company will ignore cancellation requests even upon receiving them immediately and send the order anyway.
