Terrible customer service. Bought cressi speargun which broke on the third use...shot it only 3 times. Contacted Nootica and they tried blaming me for improper use of the gun. The top tip of the muzzle cracked in half which is a clear defect. Took 3 months of arguments for them to agree to do something about it. They told me that they won't give me my money back or a replacement gun but will send me a replacement part which I must put on the gun myself. Disgusting customer service. It now has been 6 months and they are still pretending that it was my fault and that they are doing a major favour sending me a part which I haven't received. BUYERS BEWARE. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE.
