Hate giving bad reviews, but my recent experience has been very different from the glowing reviews I'm seeing on Reddit and elsewhere.First of all, shipping time to Canada took weeks. Perhaps not their fault, but I order from iHerb and others and maximum it takes is a few days. I'm sure there are faster and more reliably shippers.Secondary, the supplement just flat out didn't work. I ordered the 10% Tongkat, which is supposed to be the strongest on the market and they advertise prominently as "Time to notice full effects: 3-4 Weeks (With Immediate Effects)".I've taken Tongkat in the past from an Indonesian supplier, and saw great results. These pills did absolutely nothing for me. I had a blood test prior to taking, showing total and free testerone at the very low end of normal... and then it actually being LOWER after taking these pills daily for nearly 3 months. Zero extra energy, no better mood, nothing -- might as well have been sugar pills.Now, obviously, genetic variability being what it is, I'm not holding ND at fault for my body's own response. But it's very strange that I saw results in the past with a root extract and nothing like it with these after 3 months.The difference is: any nutrition company worth its salt stands behind their products. I'd expect a reasonable period of risk-free trial. I emailed sharing my experience and requested a refund due to the absolute lack of any noticeable results whatsoever, and was told they don't offer refunds.A closer look at the page says they only accept UNOPENED products. Which means... you're absolutely on the hook and need to trust their claims at face value -- and if they don't work for you, you're out of luck!This is an unusual stance in the supplement industry. Most companies will stand behind their products.Unfortunately this will be the last $70 I spend with this company because of this experience.
