Incredibly DisappointingI ordered a product in plenty of time to be delivered before the holidays. After several weeks of not even receiving a shipping notification, I reached out proactively to Nora Luxe and inquired about the status of my order. It was only then that they informed me that the product I ordered was now out-of-stock (it was available when I originally ordered) and that they did not know when they would get in a new shipment. Incredibly disappointing and awful customer service to not have informed me earlier, so that I could plan accordingly.I will never be purchasing anything from this store again.
