This website is actively scamming people by selling fake products. I placed an order on November 14, 2025 for a "handcrafted Waldorf doll, approximately 13.78" tall, made from hypoallergenic, non-toxic, high-quality cotton and wool". I ordered Poppi in Style B, and her pictures show a doll whose body is made from soft materials, whose clothes are soft beige toned, who has booties that fit like socks and extend past her ankles, and is shown in a brown gift box. What I received was a cheap fake doll about 10" tall, made from stiff unmovable plastic, with different clothing than shown, missing hair in the back, and shipped in a cheap plastic bag. When I contacted customer service I was offered a 25% refund or to return the item and pay return fees when the only reason I want a refund is because they sold me a fake doll!
