The company is a scam. We are on week 7 of waiting and still have not received our order. They provided 2 different tracking numbers from 2 different shipping companies, neither of which ever showed a destination in our state. They refuse to refund the purchase and only reply to email with the same generic auto responses that don't address the questions posed. I had to file a complaint with my CC. Do not waste your time or money.I have contacted Noraluxe many times. They have done absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. For 3 straight weeks they have said, it will arrive within a few days. Since my order, I have found many other poor reviews. Wish I had read them first.
