Now they’ve offered 30% off if I keep the second package. I’ve said yes ONLY if the rest goes back into my cc. I so want to be done with this company!There were TWO of the same things in the package. Please assure me that you have already taken 25% off the our gases price and putting it back my credit card as you agreed to do! I’ve received a msg that you need more of an explanation. All emails come back with a very canned response as the ones you see below from others! “We’re so sorry, blah, blah” from Sara.While they tell us it’s on the way the and we’ll be getting it very soon, site that shows the package hasn’t left wherever and the label is still being prepared.. geezWe’ve told them to cancel the item…..nada!
