DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!! My hair dryer broke in half after just 17 days and only three uses. I contacted customer service, sent videos and pictures, and was told I had 72 hours to report defects; therefore, I do not qualify for a replacement or refund. I work full-time and only started using it that weekend after watching the tutorials. The return policy states 60 days, yet there is no mention of a 72-hour limit on the website. Very misleading company, I suspect SCAM. The hair dryer is poorly made and fragile.
