The NoraStyler, case, hairspray, and XL brush did take a bit of time to come. When I received it, the packaging was just a bag, but everything was inside the case upon arrival. Everything inside was individually wrapped in plastic The small brush attachment, some of the bristles were bent as well as the XL brush attachment but that didn't bother me or effect it's use. The blow dryer isn't that powerful, but it does the job quicker than a standard cheap blow dryer. I haven't used the flat brush yet, so I have nothing to comment on that. I did try the curler attachments, they do curl, but with my shorter hair I think I'll have to try larger parts to make the desired curl. I used 1 inch part and the curl came out looking very weird, but it did hold all day without hairspray. I combed it out to loosen the curl to make it look somewhat presentable. This product is something very new to me, so with some practice I think I'll get better results. The product and attachments do feel like cheap hard plastic, but for the price I paid for it, I'm not complaining. Overall, it works just as good as any other product on the market drugstore wise. I can't say for high end. I'm not willing to pay $500+ for something that will potentially do the same thing with the same results. I gave it 4 stars due to it feeling and looking like cheap plastic, some attachments came defective, and it took almost a month to recieve.
