Great experience from the start!Customer service rep, Justė, was fantastic & kept me informed & updated regularly, also checked in during surgery week & since I’ve been back at home.The amazing Dr Jonas Tutkus was my surgeon - he has a lovely, warm, calm, patient & gentle way about him. He made me feel at ease in the consultation & allowed me the time to ask as many questions as I needed - & I had lots! He checked up on me after the surgery, as well as the next day, & was very thorough with all checks & very quick to have anything investigated.I had surgery (in Nov) at the smaller (orthopaedics) sister clinic, which was great as more intimate. All the nurses, Drs & reception staff I met were really welcoming & lovely.I had massages & follow ups at the main clinic which was very well organised, & the logistics team & drivers were brilliant with all the pick ups/drop offs to/from airport & all my appointments pre/post op.I am really impressed with how well run Nord Clinic is, and I was really happy with the experience I had. The level of care I received was outstanding, they have the highest of standards for everything & I’m so glad I chose to come here, so much so, that I will be returning for further surgery with Dr Tutkus at the new Nord Clinic in Vilnius.
