Fast delivery but slow refund process

I purchased two pairs of socks and returned one for a refund. It took from November 17 to December 3 to receive my refund. I sent numerous emails and only after mentioning I would involve my bank for a chargeback did I finally get my money back. They seem quick to send out socks but not as eager with timely refunds.
