I purchased some of their socks this time last year, for myself and my family, and the quality was great. We loved them so much, both cotton and wool ones, that we decided to buy more in this year's sale (because let's be honest, their prices are extortionate). What arrived this year seems like a Temu knock off of the original. The quality is shockingly poor. The stitching is so poor it starts to come apart after one wear. Despite the description stating 60% cotton, others 40% wool, they don't feel like the socks we bought last year, or elsewhere, and feel rather synthetic and cheap. The customer service and returns are both, unfortunately, quite awful. You have to pay the returns cost, no matter how much you'd spend on your order, and they don't seem to be interested in resolving issues or helping the customers. They have no return portal, their customer service responses are clearly AI generated, and the cost they charge is, quite frankly, absurd now that the quality is so poor.
