I purchased a 2 pack of the men's knee high socks in Dec 2024. I complained in March 2025 as the socks were threadbare and had developed holes - photo supplied - socks worn no more than a dozen times. Nordic confirmed it was a production fault and apologised. Nordic would not replace the faulty pair and said I had to order a new 2 pack of socks, and they'd offer a 20% discount on my order or a refund for 1 pair of socks. Why do I have to make a further order and pay them accordingly (I don't want another 2 pairs of socks which may develop the same fault as they've accepted liability). I asked for my complaint to be escalated to the CEO but they have chosen to ignore my request...all I receive are the automated/generic responses and as a result I have given up. Shocking service, apathetic attitude and poor quality product! Do not buy!
