I ordered socks from these two weeks ago and although Royal Mail informed me, that they had my parcel, my socks never reached me. Customer services at Nordic socks was excellent and dealt with my complaint quickly. After four day's anther package was sent out. Lovely socks, great designs made for everyone's taste. Warm and a good fit.Delivery was prompt the second time !!.Happy with my purchase.
