The socks themselves are lovely. The customer service non existent. I made two orders totalling £150.00 yes £150!!! I realised as soon as I made the order that I had ordered one pack of socks in the wrong size. I notified them at the appropriate email address within three minutes of making the order.Twelve hours later I received notification that my order had been dispatched.I am now advised to return the incorrect ones at my own expense and reorder and pay the shipping costs again.Appalled.The packages is yet to arrive but I am minded to return the entire order.
