I will never again buy from Nordic Socks. Two years ago I ordered the smallest socks they sold, and they were too big, so I returned them, but it took several months to get my refund.Recently, I had forgotten about my previous experience and again ordered the smallest sock they had available, which was considerably too big. If they don't sell small socks, they should say so on their website. In order to return the socks, I had to email a very unpleasant lady. There were a total of 9 email exchanges between us! Why should there have to be 9 exchanges? She finally admitted they don't sell small socks. They don't provide pre-paid return labels, which is unprofessional in this day and age.NEVER AGAIN!
