Ordered socks on the 27th February, but they still haven't been dispatched 10 days later.Their (uk) website claims that they typically dispatch within 24hours.I ordered the socks as a birthday gift, but I have had to apologise to the intended recipient.Also, very annoying that I have to install a third-party app to track the order status.
