I got the socks I expected & wanted. They look like the ones in the photo! They are warm and soft. The colors are pretty. The patterns are kind of loud, but I like them They arrived when and where they were supposed to arrive and fit as they were supposed to fit. Also they were the least expensive wool sock option at the time I was shopping online. All together, a positive experience.
