Both my husband and I love our Nordic socks. They arrived promptly and were packaged well. However, the order process could use a step where the orderer can look at what is in their cart and edit the order. I somehow got socks that would have been too small for either of us in my cart, and they were put on the order. Fortunately, I noticed it right away and immediately e-mailed to request that the too small socks be removed from my order. Hats off to your group there who did remove the too small socks from my order. So your order processing people are doing a great job, but if I had been able to look at the items in the order (as you can when you order from Amazon or Nespresso, to name just two examples), I would not have had to trouble your order processing people.Bottom line, we love the socks and would recommend to others.
