Shocking Socking customer service

Socks arrived but were clearly the wrong size, reached out to customer service…Then it all went downhill- I sent 8 emails, took multiple photos, washed them at 30 degrees as recommended- still too small. (The heel section was in the wrong place) The solution from the company was;1. 30% refund and I could ‘gift’ them to a friend, not really a great present “here are some worn and washed socks that I don’t want….”2. I could pay to return them and they would send me the correct size- that’s right I should have to pay for your error.It’s hard to put into words how shocking this ‘display’ of ‘customer service’ is- I will not be using this company again and highly suggest others to give them a miss.I understand mistakes happen but it’s how a company deal with them that defines them and keeps ‘customers’ happy!!
