Happy enough with the product, but I thought the customer service and communication surrounding order processing left a lot to be desired. I ordered a Christmas gift during a sale and while I appreciate they were likely inundated with orders, there was zero communication around this. Like others, I took to social media to ask them where an update was as they'd not responded to my initial outreach in what I deemed a reasonable amount of time. Having eventually received a reply, following a long wait, they confirmed my parcel had 'already been delivered' which was frustrating because yes, it had been, but that's only because it took them so long to reply.Customers are understanding when things are slow due to order volume. Turn it into a positive by reinforcing to customers their order has been received and is being processed but they're so busy due to their success that it's taking time. That reinforces their decision to purchase, as opposed to having them sit there as if they'd been scammed like I considered at the time.
