My wife purchased an order by mistake (supposedly it was a connection failure on the website) repeatedly 3 times. We immediately sent an email explaining what had happened and, as it was a Sunday afternoon, first thing on Monday the company responded that it was too late to cancel the order because the socks had already been shipped. Really? The only option was to return the socks but paying the reimbursement costs to Germany from Spain ourselves. I understand that there was bad faith on the part of the company because they had the option to cancel the shipment but they did not do so. I find their customer service very bad and not very transparent. I recommend staying away from this company and looking carefully at the opinions of other customers.
