I recently had a shocking experience with Nordic Socks (ordered from their .UK site) that makes me feel like they’re intentionally misleading customers. I ordered size M socks as a gift, but they sent size XL instead. When I reached out, their response was to suggest that XL “might fit,” which completely ignored the fact that I ordered a different size.Instead of taking responsibility and offering a quick resolution, they insisted I return the wrong item at my own expense, promising to reimburse me for the return costs and send the correct size only after. When I initiated a chargeback, they responded vaguely and still didn’t offer a proper solution.Their lack of accountability and their attempt to avoid resolving the issue properly left me with the impression that they don’t care about their customers or their mistakes.Given my experience, I would caution anyone from ordering here. Their mistakes are on you to fix, and their customer service doesn’t seem equipped to handle issues properly.
