I ordered a set of 5 socks in November. The socks are poor quality (they feel like plastic) with major manufacturing faults eg dropped stitches, elastic stitching on the outside of the socks, wonky seams, pattern errors. I sent photographs to customer services who agreed that the socks have manufacturing faults.Under UK and EU consumer law, businesses are required to offer a full refund and pay the return costs of faulty goods, if they wish for the goods to be returned. Over a month and many emails later, customer service are still refusing to agree to refund the cost of return… They will only offer a credit voucher to buy more of their poor quality socks, in breach of the law. I don’t know why they even want them returned, given that they agree from photos that the socks are faulty. I can guess…I have repeatedly asked why they are refusing to comply with UK and EU law. Maybe they will answer that question here? Please don’t fob me off and suggest continuing the conversation by email. Please answer that question here.
