Highly disappointed! I ordered $89.97 worth of socks and have none I can wear (3 pair of Elements and 5 pair of Bergens - Womens 8 to11). For the wool ones, the color ran and now they do not look the same (not to mention color transferring!). The other set of socks are not the right size. I ordered by their size chart. My feet have not changed size since I was 12. These will not even go onto my feet. Nordic Socks customer service, Veronica, is giving me the run around. They are ignoring the issue with the wool socks, and they are demanding I go out and purchase a tape measure to measure the other socks before they will even discuss what will be done. Customers should not have to spend more money due to a company's errors! Customer Service is unprofessional - they will not speak with you, which dehumanizes the whole experience - and they only respond once a day and basically give you the run around. Yes, I have given Nordic Track the order number. They just do not want to handle the issue!
