I ordered a set of five pairs of socks. One pair had a hole in the toe. Two of the remainder were too small. They offered to refund one pair and said that the two small pairs would get bigger if I washed them! I asked for a full refund if I returned the socks. They asked me to use a secure method of returning the socks but they said they could not afford to pay the postage. A very shoddy service from a company that I had previously trusted.I returned the socks and obtained a refund via my bank.
