I pulled a real no brainer and accidently ordered more socks than I meant to. But thanks to the folks at Nordic Socks, I had the option to return them. My only problem was, I sent them back on Dec. 30th and they were received at the Nordic plant on January 2nd. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing from them, i contacted them. After a couple of days and a couple more emails back and forth, I got notice of the refunds on Jan. 21st. Nearly 3 weeks after they were received. It could take another 10 days for it to show up in my account. I'm hoping all of your returns are not handled this poory.I love the socks I kept. They are comfy and most importantly warm. The colors make me smile everytime I put them on!!The socks get 5 stars. The return process not so much.
