I’ve had a really bad experience with this company, and I DON’T believe the 5* reviews. Their customer service is appalling, their terms of business is awful, when you do get a response from customer services, it’s obviously AI generated.After complaining on Trustpilot I receive a response from Veronica - AI I’m sure, asking me to “reach out to her directly as she would like to make things right” ……how kind! I have contacted “AI Veronica” directly at least 3 or 4 times and “she”adamantly refuses to re- coup my costs! DON’T BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY. They have been reported to Trading Standards.
